• Added the option for customers to export their CSAT data.

24.9.0 - September

Product Enhancements

• There is a new value administrators can set to close a session if no user connects after the specified amount of time.

• Enhanced the security of our tokens when joining a session.

• Updated our process when a user attempts to reset their password.

• Administrators now have the option to select the length of the Beam Id for their organization.

• Beam is now supported within Salesforce which allows users to view session data from the related case.
