When a session is ran within ScreenMeet inside of a Salesforce Object, it can enhance the object to include data about the session.
Data that is available includes:
- Recordings - either as an attachment or as a link inside of the ScreenMeet session record
- ScreenMeet session - can be associated with a case/object if the following implementation has been enabled by the ScreenMeet organization administrator.
- To view more information about the case session, simply click on the Live session hyperlink
Once you have clicked into the live session hyperlink, you will see various metadata associated with the session such as the events, statistics, recording URLS, etc.
