Version Requirements

ScreenMeet Remote Support Client:

  • ScreenMeet Remote Support version 2.9.7 or later is required. If you have pre-deployed the client and are on a version before the one noted here, it will need to be updated. For the best experience, please install the newest available version.

  • If you are using Remote Support on-demand, no change is necessary as you will get the latest client for each session.

  • Only available for Remote Support sessions ran on Windows and Mac.

ServiceNow Integration:

  • ScreenMeet App for ServiceNow – Universal Edition, version 2.9.14 or later.

  • Any supported ServiceNow workspace.

Salesforce Integration:

  • ScreenMeet App for Salesforce, version 1.24 or later.

AI Summarization:

  • The AI summarization tool is a separate product with separate pricing from your existing subscription.
