The latest release of ScreenMeet Remote Support is required. If using on-demand, ensure it is updated to the latest version. If pre-deployed, it will need to be updated.

ServiceNow Integration:

ScreenMeet App for ServiceNow – Universal Edition.

AI Summarization:

The AI summarization tool is an separate product with separate pricing from your existing subscription.

AI Assist:

This functionality is currently included with all remote support subscriptions and is not separately priced like AI Summarization.
