Product Enhancements

  • Improved the applications cleanup and exit process.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that prevented PowerShell from opening as admin on the end users machine.

  • Resolved a bug that caused custom branding to not be displayed in the MSI application.

  • Resolved an issue that would occasionally display an error stating ‘The application requires Windows 10 or later’ even when the OS was on Windows 10.

Product Enhancements

  • Updated the French verbiage to provide a clearer and more detailed message to the end user.

  • Enhanced the product so certain functions work with PuTTY.

  • Added a new policy that determines who can select their monitor or screen to be shared during the session.

  • Enhanced security and implemented rate limiting.

  • Permissions can now be escalated more quickly and without session interruption.

  • Screen narrator tools and Input Method Editors are now enabled for sessions with escalated permissions.

Bug Fixes

  • The pre-installed app now displays the correct ScreenMeet icon on Linux.

  • Resolved an issue that would allow a user to open ScreenMeet multiple times on Linux.

  • We fixed an issue preventing the expected text input for full-width Japanese characters.

  • The download file name displays properly on the download screen.
