Network Configuration
Important: To ensure ScreenMeet Remote Support works per specification, the following network configurations are needed:
Whitelist *.screenmeet.com and *.scrn.mt for port 443 via TCP and UDP
Currently, our solution is designed for single-user environments, and we do not offer support for multi-user environments.
We support connections over IPv4. Connections over IPv6 are not supported.
Remote Support - Supported Browsers (Agent)
Agents are required to use the following browsers and versions of ScreenMeet Remote Support in support sessions.
Chrome: 72+
Edge: 17+
Safari: 12+
Remote Support - Supported OS & Languages (User)
The ScreenMeet Remote Support client supports the following OS, versions, and languages on end-user devices:
Windows: 10, 11 (Requires .NET Framework 4.6.2+)
Windows Server: (Server 2022, Server 2019, Server 2016)
MacOS: 10.14+
Linux: Ubuntu 18.04.3+, Redhat 7.6+
iOS: 12.3.x+ (remote control not supported)
Android: 5.0+ (remote control is supported)
English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese, Taiwanese
Version Support
ScreenMeet actively supports versions of the Remote Support client released within the last two years.
For optimal performance, security, and access to the latest features and bug fixes, we recommend upgrading your client every 4-6 months.
