Remote Support Screenshot Overview

Introduction

Agents can capture screenshots of the customer’s screen directly from the Remote Support toolbar. Screenshots may be saved locally or shared with the customer or associated case records.

Screenshot Options

Three actions are available when taking a screenshot:

  • Download to Computer – Saves the screenshot to the Agent’s device.
  • Upload to User – Sends the screenshot to the customer’s device and displays it under File Transfer.
  • Upload to Case – Uploads the screenshot to the linked CRM/ITSM case.
