Viewing Device System Information

Introduction

Agents can view essential device details such as device type, service tag, and operating system information directly within the Remote Support session.

Accessing System Info

To view full device specifications, click System Info. This opens a detailed summary that includes build information, CPU details, memory, and additional system attributes.

Displayed Information

The System Information panel typically includes:

• Windows edition, release ID, and build number
• PC manufacturer, model, and device name
• Organization and domain details
• System type (32/64-bit)
• CPU type and caption
• Total and available memory
• Network type and adapter information
• Monitor count and resolution
• Device serial number
