AI Summary History

AI Summary History shows a list of all sessions where an AI Summary was generated.

  1. Login to console.screenmeet.com as an administrator

  2. Click Organization —> AI Summary History

  3. A list of all sessions will be displayed. Fields displayed in the list view include:

    • Id - ScreenMeet Session ID

    • Case - related CRM records description

    • Status - status of ScreenMeet session

    • Summary Status - What happened to the AI Summary

      • generated: AI Summary was generated

      • available: Logs were processed and uploaded but no summary was generated

      • done: AI Summary was generated and uploaded to the CRM or the user closed out of the summary page, i.e. clicked the ‘X’

      • expired: Logs have been purged from our system

    • Created At - date and time session was created

    • Updated At - last time the session was updated

  4. Click on the ID of a session to see more details of the session and the AI Summary that was generated
