Product Enhancements

• Introduced a widget redirect check and configuration update to utilize the new Cobrowse viewer, streamlining the integration process and enhancing the Cobrowse experience within Salesforce.

• Enabled the display and appending of the session pin near the session ID within the Salesforce component, improving visibility and accessibility for users, thereby facilitating smoother session management and support operations.

NOTE: The above is the most recent release, though we released a patch (1.20.1) which includes a bug fix relating to, when pressing join session as the agent, not being directed properly to the correct sesion.

Also included in 1.20.1 was a security review that we undertook which included some suggested security changes that we’ve implemented.
