Remote Support Branding allows administrators to customize the ScreenMeet client branding.

This is a Beta version and is available only for the new Remote Support Mac Client version 3.115.1544. Please contact ScreenMeet to enable this option in your organization.

Support for the Windows client will be available in the future.

  1. Login to console.screenmeet.com as an administrator

  2. Click Organization —> Settings & Policies —> Remote Support Branding

  3. Configure your settings:

    • App Name: The name of the application that is displayed in the client

    • Download File Name: The name of the application that will display in the download file.

    • App Icon File: The icon displayed in the title bar, taskbar, system tray and installer. This applies to Windows devices only.

    • Customize Logo and Colors:

      • Enter your hex color code for Brand and Accent colors. Once you enter your color code, click on the screen - this will update in the viewer for you to review before saving.

      • Change Logo: Customizes the icon displayed in the Remote Support client. 6.5 kB limit

  4. Click Save Branding

  5. Reset to Defaults will reset all configurations in Remote Support Branding to the default.
