Configure your Custom Consent Message

  1. Log in to console.screenmeet.com as an administrator

  2. Click Organization —> Settings and Policies —> Remote Support Features

  3. Enable Custom Consent Message

  4. Click the New Window Icon (highlighted in red)

  5. Select a custom language if required from the dropdown of supported languages

  6. Click the three dots to set as the default language if necessary

  7. Click into the text box and type your organization’s custom consent message

  8. Click Preview to view it in the Remote Support client

  9. Click Save to confirm your changes

  10. click Save on the Remote Support Features screen


To remove the custom consent message:

  • Click the three dots —> click Clear custom message —> click Save
