On a Windows machine, certain terminal applications may require alternative methods for pasting text that has been copied into the clipboard. For example, PuTTY requires either a right-mouse click or a "Shift" + "Insert" hotkey combination to paste text.
When using ScreenMeet Remote Support to drive these applications, to paste copied text from the agent viewer machine to the remote machine, the agent should use the special hotkey combinations:
Agent is using ScreenMeet viewer from a Windows machine: "Shift" + "Insert"
Agent is using ScreenMeet viewer from a MacOS machine: "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "+"
