Remote Support Screenshot Overview

Agents can easily take screenshots of the customer’s screen directly from the toolbar. 
Three options are presented
Download to Computer – Screenshot will be downloaded to the Agent’s machine
Upload to User – Screenshot will be uploaded to customer’s machine and will be shown under "File Transfer"
Upload to Case – Screenshot will be uploaded to CRM/ITSM case
