Starting a Beam Session

Instructions for agents to create Beam Sessions from within ServiceNow.


  • From the All search type ScreenMeet Beam

  • Click Beam Groups

  • Search for or click on the specific Beam Group that your device is a part of

  • Search for the specific device

  • Click Connect

  • Depending on the configuration for that specific device, you may need to enter your Windows Credentials or a password

  • Click Enter Session
