Made multiple improvements to ensure accurate logging; including capturing focus events, consistently recording logs, and identifying actions taken on a shared screen or window.

AI Assist chat activity will no longer appear in the Log Viewer during a session.
Actions will only be logged when they occur on the screen being shared. Actions taken on monitors that are not shared during the session will not be included in the session logs or AI Summary.
