This document outlines the supported platforms, network requirements, and functional overview of ScreenMeet Live for administrators and end users.

Overview

ScreenMeet Live is a no-download voice, video, and screen sharing solution for real-time customer support and collaboration. It can be integrated into any chat deployment or offered as a lightweight meeting solution. All features run directly in a browser without additional software or plug-ins.

Supported Browsers and Versions

  • Windows: Edge (121+), Chrome (121+), Firefox (122+)
  • MacOS: Safari (17.3+), Chrome (121+), Firefox (122+)

Network Configuration

Important
To ensure ScreenMeet Live operates as specified, the following configurations must be in place:
  • Whitelist *.screenmeet.com and *.scrn.mt for port 443 via TCP and UDP.
  • Network speed of at least 1.5 Mbit/s (3G) or better.
