Managing File Transfers

Note: For these settings to apply, file transfer must first be enabled at the session policy level.

• File Extension Blacklist: Enter a list of file extensions (like .exe or .zip) to block those specific file types from being transferred between users and agents.

• Retain Transferred Files

  Please note that file retention settings do not apply to CoBrowse sessions.

• Scan transferred files with Antivirus Scanner: When enabled, all transferred files will be automatically scanned for viruses.

Click Save to apply your changes. You can revert all settings on this page by clicking Reset to Defaults.
