Fixes

  • Resolved an issue that caused the browser auto-suggestion dropdown to appear more frequently than expected.

  • When Remote Control is disabled at the organization level, the end user acceptance screen will no longer state that the agent has Administrator-level access.

Salesforce 1.27

Customers must upgrade to version 1.27 by October 31, 2026.  ScreenMeet cannot support older versions after this date due to Salesforce requirements.

Improvements

  • Updated the ScreenMeet package OAuth workflow to support Salesforce’s OAuth 2.0 JWT bearer flow for connected apps. This is required for Salesforce Winter ’27 compatibility.

  • Added the ScreenMeet Connected App to the ScreenMeet package.

  • Updated the ‘Configure & Validate your Salesforce Org’ step to use the new OAuth 2.0 JWT bearer flow.

  • Updated the ScreenMeet package to require the Connected App to be assigned through permission sets or profiles.

  • Updated the package to meet AppExchange Security Review requirements when using the new OAuth 2.0 JWT bearer flow.

  • Created documentation listing the steps required to update to the ScreenMeet package to version 1.27 in Salesforce.

  • Compatibility with the Salesforce Winter '26 Release.

Fixes

  • Increased the contrast of the 'X' in the 'Confirm Close Session' box to improve visibility when closing a session.

  • Fixed an issue to prevent the 'Room is Closed' message from appearing after an agent clicks the 'Pop-in' button.

  • The Live PIN URL will not be displayed if it has been disabled for your organization.
