Inviting Additional Agents to a Session

Introduction

Agents can invite another Agent to join an active session using the View or Invite Agents option in the toolbar.

Inviting via URL

Use the URL Invite option to generate and share a session link with another Agent.

Agent Join Process

After receiving the link, the invited Agent clicks the URL to join. If already signed into ScreenMeet, they join automatically. If not, they must enter their name and company before requesting access.

Remote Control Permissions

If the second Agent needs remote control, they must request permission from the client. Once approved, the first Agent’s remote control access is disabled.
