Stream Performance Controls
Introduction
Agents can manually adjust streaming performance using the Stream Performance slider. This allows optimization of CPU usage and bandwidth during a remote support session.
Adjusting Stream Performance
By default, stream performance is set to 100%. Moving the slider decreases the streaming FPS to reduce system load. Lower FPS results in a choppier visual stream but improves bandwidth efficiency and reduces CPU usage.

Low Performance Mode
Overview
If the stream becomes unstable or experiences interruptions, Agents will be prompted to activate Low Performance Mode. This mode reduces stream quality but increases overall session stability.
If the Agent chooses not to enable this mode but the connection continues to degrade, the system will automatically switch the session into Low Performance Mode.

Conclusion
Performance adjustment controls give Agents the flexibility to maintain session stability while managing resource usage across varying network and device conditions.
